ISLA Impacta
ISLA Impacta is a youth-centered leadership and entrepreneurship program designed for bilingual Latino youth ages 12–17.
Through hands-on projects, mentorship from Latinx leaders, and real seed funding for student-led ventures, participants develop the skills, confidence, and vision to turn their ideas into meaningful action. The program weaves together civic engagement, social entrepreneurship, emotional well-being, and advocacy — giving youth a full toolkit to lead not just in business, but in life.
Rooted in cultural pride and a commitment to social justice, ISLA Impacta helps young people see their bilingualism, their stories, and their communities not as obstacles — but as strengths. Participants leave with practical skills in financial literacy, teamwork, and public speaking, and with something even more important: the belief that they have what it takes to lead, innovate, and build a more just and joyful future.
